The biggest mistake I see people make when dieting/trying to lose weight is eliminating any sort of treat/nice food that they enjoy, and then when they get a taste of that food they go hell for leather and eat the whole packet 😂 Where as if you include these types of food in your diet daily, having smaller portions it removes the want to binge on them 👌 Diet smarter not harder💪🏻 If you feel like you can’t control yourself around full packs of sweets/chocolates/biscuits then don’t buy them, buy multi packs of “treat sized” versions of them instead which are already portioned and removes the desire to finish the whole pack 😊
