Too often I hear people say “you can’t eat bread”/ “oh bread is fattening” or something along those lines. Eating bread will not make you fat! Eating to many calories will contribute to weight gain, so if your looking to lose weight just choose a lower calorie bread⁉️ White vs Brown 🤍 vs 🤎
Brown bread is made from the wholemeal, it contains more fiber than white, but there is no massive nutritional difference between white and brown bread. A lot of the time your “heathy brown breads” with added seeds and what not have more calories than your plain ol white bread. So it’s a preference thing, which one will you eat and feel satisfied with? A diet that contains food you like will be the easiest and most sustainable one= consistency= results 💪🏻 Which bread do you prefer brown or white?
