Bread Calorie Savers ‼️💥
For FAR too long bread (especially white bread) has been demonized in “fad diets” claiming its “bad” for you or it’ll “make you fat” this is NOT the case! No one food is good/bad or will make you fat! Eating to many calories will make you gain fat, so as long as your eating within your daily calorie needs you can eat as much bread as you like 😂 (within reason of course).
I’d often have some form of bread for breakfast, toastie for lunch and maybe a burger with a brioche bun for dinner! What 3 meals with bread in it and I’m not gaining fat? Nope I’m actually losing it because I’m eating in a calorie deficit ⬇️
Some bread products can be high in calories and not a great choice when looking to lose weight and that’s when to opt for the lower calorie versions like above ⬆️ No need to remove foods you like when dieting just make smarter/lower calorie options 🤓

My go to lower calorie bread option would be either Brennan’s be good bread or toasting muffins 😍 both under 120 calories I could fit them in while in a deficit 2-3 times a day 👏
